Our story

Every breakdown starts with a phone call.

The truck is down, the customer is losing money by the hour, and the shop is doing its best with a whiteboard, a group text and a stack of paper.

We know that because we've been there. We're operators too, and we've seen what it takes to keep techs, dispatchers and the office on the same page when the phones won't stop. The repair is skilled work. Everything around it eats the night: retyping notes, chasing updates, invoices that go out a week late.

We looked for software that solved all of it and couldn't find any. So we built MetaFleet to make the day easier for everyone in the shop, from the tech on the shoulder to the person closing out invoices. We work beside you, not above you.
