Mobile diesel repair and road service
Calls come in, jobs go to the right tech, the tech works the job from their phone, and the invoice goes out when the work is done. It's what most MetaFleet shops run every day.

Heavy equipment, on the job site
A loader goes down on a quarry floor at 6 AM. The job lands at the site pin, the tech rolls with the right filters already on the truck, and photos and notes reach the office before lunch.
- Excavators, dozers and loaders set up as their own asset types
- Jobs dispatched to the job site, with parts tracked on every service truck
- Photos, notes and inspections reach the office as they happen

Fix it on the shoulder, or tow it in
Some trucks you fix on the shoulder. Some you tow. Either way it's one customer, one record and one invoice trail.
- Towing is its own order type, next to repair
- A job that can't be finished on site goes to a tow straight from the order
- Tow and repair billed to the same customer, at that customer's rates

Fleet maintenance, billed like a contract
Twelve tractors, a PM every 25,000 miles, and one statement at the end of the month.
- Each fleet gets its own rates and its own customer portal
- PM reminders by miles or months, sent to the fleet before work is due
- Statements and batch payments instead of twelve separate chases

Several businesses, one login
Run your repair company, your towing company and your fleet maintenance company as separate brands, from one login and one dispatch board.
- Each brand's own name and logo on estimates and invoices
- Each brand's own Stripe payouts, QuickBooks setup and late-fee policy
- Parts tracked across every warehouse and service truck

Is MetaFleet right for my kind of work?
Does MetaFleet work for heavy-equipment repair, not just trucks?+
Yes. Excavators, dozers, loaders and other heavy equipment are set up as their own asset types, and jobs are dispatched to the job site. Some MetaFleet shops work only on heavy equipment.
Can I run towing and repair in one account?+
Yes. Towing is its own order type next to repair. When a job can't be finished on site, it can go to a tow straight from the order, for the same customer and the same records.
Can I run two or three companies from one login?+
Yes. Several brands can live under one account, each with its own name and logo on estimates and invoices, its own Stripe payouts, its own QuickBooks setup and its own late-fee policy.
Can each fleet customer have its own rates?+
Yes. Set rates per customer, send one statement for all their work, take batch payments, and give each fleet its own portal to request service, approve estimates and pay.
Does MetaFleet work for a one-truck operator?+
Yes. It works for a single service truck and for shops running several brands under one account.
Do you work with shops outside the US?+
Not today. MetaFleet serves diesel and heavy-equipment repair shops in the United States.
