How do preventive maintenance reminders work?+
Build a PM program from your service tasks and set it due by miles or by months. Enroll one truck or a whole fleet, and MetaFleet tracks what is due on each vehicle and reminds the customer 14, 7, 3 and 1 days ahead. Once the visit is booked, appointment reminders go out 24 hours and 3 hours before.
What happens when an inspection finds a problem?+
The failed item becomes a repair on the same job with one tap, so nothing found in the inspection gets lost on the way to the estimate. You can require a service advisor to approve it first. The estimate then goes to the customer, who approves or declines from an emailed link or the customer portal.
