Yes. Invoices, bills and purchase orders flow to QuickBooks Online, and payments sync both ways. Payments run through Stripe: cards, saved cards, ACH, holds and payment links, paid out to your own account.

Yes. FleetNet (ServiceHub) service requests land in a requests queue, you accept or reject them, and accepted requests become service orders. Status, invoices and documents flow back to the network automatically.

Yes. We turn it on for your shop and give you an access token, and you add MetaFleet as a custom connector in your AI app. It answers from your live MetaFleet data, within your permissions, and asks you to confirm before it changes anything.

Yes. Fleet customers get a portal where they request service, track the job, approve estimates, pay by card, chat with your shop and manage their vehicles and users. They also get email updates, including the tech's ETA.
