Dispatch network integrations
Built in: phones, texting, ETAs and email
Built-in labor guides are coming soon; MOTOR and Mitchell 1 aren't connected today. Using a tool we don't connect to yet? Tell us which one.
Integration questions shops ask
Does MetaFleet integrate with Mitchell 1 or MOTOR labor guides?+
Not today. MetaFleet doesn't connect to MOTOR or Mitchell 1, and built-in labor guides are coming soon. Until then, shops set their own labor rates, with separate day, night, weekend and holiday rates and special rates for individual customers, and use line-item templates for repairs they quote often. If a labor guide matters to your shop, tell us which one.
Do I need a separate phone or texting app with MetaFleet?+
No. A business phone system with a call menu, extensions, call groups, recording and call scoring is built into MetaFleet, along with text messages, email and drive-time ETAs, so your phones and your jobs live in the same system.
What does MetaFleet integrate with?+
MetaFleet connects to QuickBooks Online for accounting, Stripe for card and ACH payments, FleetNet (ServiceHub) for dispatch-network jobs, and ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity so you can ask your shop questions in plain English. A phone system with call recording, text messaging, drive-time ETAs and email are built in.
Does MetaFleet integrate with FleetNet?+
Yes. FleetNet (ServiceHub) requests arrive in a single Requests queue. Accept one and it becomes a MetaFleet job. Status updates, invoices and documents go back to the network automatically, and AI drafts the work summary for your dispatcher to review and send. The integration is switched on for your shop during setup.
Is the QuickBooks Online sync one-way or two-way?+
Both, depending on the record. Invoices, bills and purchase orders go one way, from MetaFleet to QuickBooks Online. Payments sync both ways. Customers and vendors are matched to your existing QuickBooks records with you confirming each match, and your parts catalog can be pulled in from QuickBooks. Mismatches are flagged and retried.
