The customer's side · 1:45 video
Your customers,
in the loop.
Follow one truck through the day from the fleet manager's side, from her first question to the next PM.
Your office types the updates. Your customer waits on hold.
Every job comes with a second job: texting where the tech is, emailing the estimate and explaining every line on the phone. On the other end, the fleet manager is on hold, waiting for answers. MetaFleet gives your customers their own end of the line, so they can ask, follow, approve and book without calling.
Ask for anything, in one place
A repair where the truck sits, PM or an inspection booked as an appointment, or a tow when you offer towing. They drop a pin, pick the truck by unit or VIN, add details and a photo, and see your terms before they send it.
Updates nobody has to type
Status texts and emails go out as the order moves, to the people who opted in. Each order shows a timeline and your estimated arrival, and questions go in a text chat right on the order.
Approvals, invoices and the next PM
When you need their okay, they approve line by line with your explanation under each line, and you confirm the new total. Net 30 accounts confirm the invoice. They book PM themselves with up to three dates, and you confirm one.
The short version
The play-by-play
- 7:12 in the morning at Coastline Mobile Diesel. Rosa, the dispatcher, is texting a customer where the tech is, emailing an estimate and explaining a line to someone on line 2.
- On the other end of that line is Dana, who runs the fleet at Pacific Crest Logistics. She's on hold, a driver is waiting, and Truck 12 sits under a question mark on her wall.
- In the customer portal, Dana drops a pin where the truck is and picks Truck 12 by unit number or VIN.
- She can ask for any of it: Repair it where it is, Preventive maintenance or inspection, or Tow it when the shop offers towing. She picks the repair, adds the details and snaps a photo of the problem.
- Before she sends it, she sees the shop's terms for Pacific Crest, Net 30, and turns on texts for this request.
- When Marcus heads over, a text tells her the tech is about 18 minutes away. Nobody at the shop typed it. She takes the order with her on her phone: the timeline, the tech and the estimated arrival.
- Out in the yard, the driver says the air dryer is purging too. She asks on the order, and the shop answers right there.
- The shop needs her okay on the estimate. Back at her desk she goes through it line by line, with the shop's explanation under every line, approves three and leaves the wipers for the next PM. The shop confirms the new total.
- Marcus finishes the repair. Pacific Crest is on Net 30, so Dana confirms the invoice, and it goes on the account, due November 11.
- Then she books the next PM and inspection for her whole La Mesa yard, with three dates that work, and the shop confirms one.
- Rosa isn't typing updates, Dana isn't on hold, and Truck 12 is done. Your customers, in the loop.

On a demo we run one of your fleet customers' jobs through the portal, from the request to the confirmed invoice. Already booked? Watch this first and bring your questions.
Demo data only. Coastline Mobile Diesel, Pacific Crest Logistics, Truck 12, Rosa Delgado, Dana Whitfield and Marcus Reyes are made up for the video. Rosa's and Dana's offices are illustrations, and the status text is recreated from the product's own wording.
