The AI · 1:49 video
Everything that matters,
in focus.
Follow one road call where MetaFleet's AI does the typing, from the driver's rambling complaint to the owner's question at dinner.
The wrench is the easy part. It's everything after.
After every repair comes the typing. Your tech thumbs notes into his phone on the shoulder, the office turns his shorthand into English, and the owner's question is a report away. In MetaFleet the AI does the typing, the reading and the looking up, and your people decide what goes on the job.
Help that knows the truck
The AI Assistant already has the truck, the complaint and the lines on the job. Your tech sends a photo and asks, and it walks him through what to check. It doesn't write to the job, and the fix stays his.
The typing, done
The complaint splits into one line per problem. The tech's shorthand reaches the office in plain English, with his words kept underneath. A parts receipt fills in the purchase order for the office to check, and the invoice spells out the work in words the office can edit until it goes out.
Ask your shop from Claude
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Perplexity and ask how a job went in plain words. If you allow changes, it acts too, like booking a recheck for your tech. We turn it on for your shop, each person connects with their own access, and every change is logged.

The short version
The play-by-play
- On the shoulder, Marcus is thumbing notes into his phone while the truck waits. At Coastline Mobile Diesel, Rosa is turning tech shorthand into English, and Walt, the owner, wants a number that's a report away.
- Then the focus pulls off the paperwork and onto the truck. MetaFleet's AI does the typing, and Marcus fixes the truck.
- A driver calls in: the check engine light came on climbing the grade, the truck lost power, the front brakes squeal and the passenger mirror is loose. Rosa types it the way he said it, and the AI splits it into three repair lines, one problem each, with his words kept underneath.
- Out on the shoulder, Marcus finds a corroded sensor plug. He snaps a photo and asks the AI Assistant. It already knows the truck and the job, reads the photo and walks him through what to check. The fix is his.
- He writes up what he found in tech shorthand and taps Send for approval. At the office each line shows up in plain English, with his own words right there.
- He needs parts, so he makes a parts run and snaps the receipt. Once the job is released to the office, the purchase order is already filled in from it. Rosa checks it and creates it.
- Wrench down. The invoice spells out what he did in words the customer can read, and Rosa can edit it before it goes out.
- That night Walt is at dinner. He asks Claude how the Pacific Crest job went, and the answer comes straight from MetaFleet. Then he has it book a recheck next week and give it to Marcus, and it's already on Marcus's phone.
- Then the phone goes down. Everything that matters, in focus.

On a demo we take a job from last week, type the complaint the way your driver said it and run it through: the repair lines, the tech's assistant, the write-up and the invoice. Already booked? Watch this first and bring your questions.
Demo data only. Coastline Mobile Diesel, Pacific Crest Logistics, Harbor Truck Parts, Unit LST-105, Rosa Delgado, Marcus Reyes and Walt Brennan are made up for the video. The people and places are illustrations. Walt's Claude app is recreated around real answers from the MetaFleet connector, the photo of the corroded plug is AI-generated, and the parts receipt was made for the demo.
