The part you need is always on the other truck.

Parts sit in a warehouse, a parts room and a dozen trucks, and the only inventory system is a phone call. Receipts ride in the cab, parts walk off or never make the bill, and you find out at the year-end count. MetaFleet keeps every part in one list, from the shelf to the invoice.

Every shelf, every truck, one list

Warehouses, bins and service trucks in one list. Parts Watch ranks the warehouses that have it by drive time, and the tech accepts the handoff with one tap. His truck's stock is on his phone.

Snap the receipt

Bought it at a parts counter? The tech snaps the receipt. AI reads the vendor, the invoice number and every line, and the office checks and submits the purchase order.

Counts that show what's missing

Blind cycle counts on the tech's phone, optional manager sign-off when a count is off, and every move on the part's history. Every part used lands on the invoice.

The short version

The play-by-play

  1. The part you need is always on the other truck. The tech texts the office for a 30/30 brake chamber, and the office guesses which truck might have one.
  2. Receipts ride in the cab, and somebody at the office types them in again.
  3. Parts walk off. Some get used and never billed. The books say one number, the shelf says another, and you find out at the year-end count.
  4. MetaFleet puts every shelf and every truck in one list. Counted, not guessed.
  5. The inventory dashboard shows every part you own: items, locations and value in one place, and what's running low.
  6. Stock by location shows the brake chamber at La Mesa Main Warehouse.
  7. Short a part? Parts Watch shows the warehouses that have it, ranked by drive time.
  8. At the parts desk, she pulls it and hands it off. The tech can grab it or someone brings it.
  9. One tap on his phone accepts it.
  10. His truck's stock is on his phone too, with what needs restocking flagged for him.
  11. Not on a shelf? He buys it and snaps the receipt. AI reads the vendor, the invoice number and every line, and the office checks and submits the purchase order.
  12. He counts what's really on the truck from his phone, a blind count with no expected numbers on screen.
  13. The count is submitted, and the parts manager reviews it.
  14. One part came up short. When approval is on, a count that's off by more than your limit waits for a manager to sign off.
  15. Every move is on the record: allocated, handed off, accepted, moved to Truck 12.
  16. Every part used lands on the invoice. Invoices and bills sync to QuickBooks.
  17. Back on the road, the cupholder that held the receipts holds his coffee. Every part, accounted for.
